We want you to love your Pink Vanilla style, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Pink Vanilla labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Generate Your Label

  Choose your preferred courier method through the portal to download a prepaid shipping label or receive a QR code for paperless drop-off.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
